The “Dudes” from Germany
Arnaud Loix van Hooff and Heribert Willmerdinger, both from an extensive advertising background have recently opened Dudes Factory in Berlin Germany. At first glance you may be led to think that it’s exclusively a store for picking up art. It’s also a one-stop workshop, collaborative and exhibition space as well. The place is a melting pot of collaboration and exprerimentation resulting in a diverse roster of quality products and pieces that are visually arresting and attractive.
The shop invites a new guest designer every month, and encourages him/her to come up with new art for the store. The German tandem also created the Dudes LAB software, the creative platform lets users experiment with artwork or mix it with works of other artists.
